Our process with working with investors is very simple, 1st a brief introductory phone consultation is had to take your order of your investment groups preferred parameters for acquisition.

Our minimum orders are $1.5M USD , and although we do orders of $20M USD and up our typical volume is between $2M-$5M. Some of the lenders will have minimums based on Assets and not dollar amounts, in these case our minimums would be typically 10 properties

Investor will have to provide Proof of Funds, Financials, Bank Verified Credit Lines etc as these are Cash Only opportunities. The due diligence periods we are typically dealing with range from 7 to 30 days.
